Told you all I'll be back with the "break up" medicine, u see, I'm back.
*FORGIVENESS- You need to forgive that person first because, that is the first stage in moving on. once you keep storing grudge for that person, you wont move ahead.
*KEEP YOUR SPACE- Even if you and your ex have decided to stay friends, break away completely from each other right after the break up. this means not seeing each other, not being around his/her family members, no phone calls, no emails ,no text messages, no Facebook and no IMs- not necessarily as a permanent measure but until you feel that you can converse with him/her on a pure platonic level without an ulterior motive(and yes, wanting to get back together counts as an ulterior motive)
*COPE WITH THE PAIN APPROPRIATELY- its okay to feel you have messed up-accepting responsibility for your mistakes or shortcomings is healthy. on the other hand, you must also accept that you are a good person and that you did your best and you are not the only one who made  mistakes. Of course a stage of denial is completely natural but acceptance is the key to being able to start moving on.
*DEAL WITH THE HATE PHASE-  This is when you want to just scream because your rage feels boundless. The amount of anger you feel depends on how antagonistic the split was, the circumstance and how long it took to make the final break . you may resent your ex for wasting your time. you may even feel a lot of anger  towards yourself, but let go of that feeling FAST! its a waste of time and energy to rip yourself apart over something you longer have the power to change.
TALK TO YOUR FRIENDS- you need people around you,who love you and who will help you feel good about yourself. its not time to be alone on your bed thinking, its no time to keep singing to everyone  "please i need to be left alone", No. Surrounding yourself with compassionate, supportive , funny friends and family will help you see yourself as a worthwhile person , and you'll find it easier to get steady in you feet again with your loved ones around you in a comforting net. But be wary of friends trying to connect you with another person immediately, its not what you need. You need to find yourself first.
REMOVE MEMORY TRIGGERS- They are all kinds of things that remind you of your ex- a thing, song, a smell, a sound, a place. Once the grieving period has had sometime to process, don't dwell on painful feelings or memories. They are probably things that are pushing your buttons without your conscious recognition. Try walking around each room in your house with a box and removing things that make your heart ache or your stomach turn. You don't have to dispose of them but put them away for now.
LET GO OF THE NEGATIVE EMOTIONS- Understand that there is no benefit in holding on to heartache, regret and hatred towards another person. Realize that although it is over, your relationship with that person was unique and special in a lot of ways. You can congratulate yourself for being brave and taking the risk to fall in love and encourage your heart that even though love didn't work out this time, there will be a next time.
REMIND YOURSELF OF THE PERSON'S NEGATIVE SIDES- Not necessarily all negative sides but the "turn-offs" of that person.

*Deep breathe* Wow! break up is really big. But  I'm sure these can help you stand on your feet in no time.

Breakup? its part of it abi? Breakups can be so rough and they can be amicable; no matter what, no one really wants to go through them.The loss of your relationship can bring on intense heartache. I mean, not all relationships are fortunate enough to end up in marriage,so if there's a break up, you try and move forward. i know i know, its not as easy as i say it but would you rather stay frustrated? No. As far as we know, the person you're killing yourself over might be hanging out and enjoying life. fighting to keep the relationship when the other person has given up long ago, does it make sense? i dont think so.
Besides, you should love yourself enough to realize that when someone doesnt love you, you should move on. we all have got our part to play. Time heals every wound but believe me, when true love finds you, it quickens the process. so stay beautiful/handsome,happy and good looking, so when true love finds you, it'll recognize you and not runaway.

At the same time it feels like the valentine is already here. Guys let me give one expo(please just for those who truly love their partners oh); No matter how mean or serious or 'i dont care attitude' your partner puts up, no mind am oh, that one na wash because every girl  loves a romantic and caring guy. stop taking these babes to pubs and spoiling their systems with so much liquor every valentine. come on, surprise her. she doesn't always need to be aware of what would happen that day. To the ladies too, how about you just do something different. it mustn't be singlet or boxers(na your bobo wear am pass?). What about you send someone to his office with something you know he's always wanted to get but due to time constraint, he cant get it? what about sending him lunch(his favorite meal, i mean, since its gon be a work day)? And back to the guys, who says she wants a blackberry porshe? pulease! very little things matter a lot and make us different more than we think or know. Sup people? i hope you're enjoying "heartzmatz'? Well, lets look at life as it is............Meanwhile, its almost valentine, have you got him/her a gift? do you know where to take her?. Anyways, we'll get back to that. Like i said initially, this is gon be interactive but I'm not getting your contributions or questions or even comments. i guess you've got nothing to say for now. dey der nah, for me, i'v got plenty plenty things to say,hmmmmm! Life! Sup with your life? is it going as planned? Orrrrrr its falling apart? For me, i haven't got everything i want in life but I'm still very happy because my life is not the same as it was yesterday. Besides, there's a saying that goes this way "be grateful that you didn't have everything you want now. it means you have the opportunity to be happier tomorrow than you are today" Reason am nah. you cant have it all at once. Even God didn't create everything in one day, did He? You think you've got too much responsibility and everyone around you is depending on you; you should be thankful to God cos success and greatness comes with responsibility. But you've got a choice, give up the success and start depending on others and lets see how that goes. Nothing in life is easy,trust me. Anywhere you find yourself, just keep being strong and trusting God because He said His plans for us is  to prosper us and as we all know, He cant say what He cant do, He's not a man that He should lie.We should always be thankful for the bad things in life. For they open our eyes to the good things we were not paying attention to before. Lets make it better than before............
